The record was initially slated for release today (October 10) but <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/robbie-williams-britpop-album-delayed-until-2026-due-to-scheduling-issues-to-avoid-taylor-swift-3893117\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">was recently pushed back to February 6, 2026 due to \u201cscheduling issues\u201d<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Dates near the new release date will see him\u00a0perform at intimate venues in Glasgow, Liverpool, London and Wolverhampton, where he\u2019ll play his debut album, \u2018Life Thru A Lens\u2019, as well as \u2018BRITPOP\u2019, in full.<\/p>\n<p>Fans who pre-order \u2018BRITPOP\u2019 from the Robbie Williams store <a href=\"https:\/\/robbiewilliams.com\/collections\/britpop\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">here<\/a> will receive early access to tickets for the new live dates. I\u2019ve not had my hands on the wheel through second-thinking myself and guessing what people like. I just wanted to do something that I like,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He also opened up about his thoughts on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/artists\/soft-play\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Soft Play<\/a>, saying: \u201cThese lads appeal to the 14-year-old version of me that wanted to rage hard, be cool, shout, be aggressive in a kind way.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is a bit of a love-fest.
