A new Avengers: Doomsday<\/a><\/strong> rumor is making waves, and it has got She-Hulk<\/a><\/strong> fans excited. Tatiana Maslany<\/a><\/strong>\u2019s possible return to the MCU as She-Hulk is generating buzz as rumors suggest she could reprise her role in the upcoming Avengers movie. The update has fueled speculation about how the character might fit into the storyline, especially after her last appearance in the Disney+ series, She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.<\/p>\n

The update about She-Hulk\u2019s potential return in Avengers: Doomsday comes from industry insider Alex Perez, who said<\/a> in his August 2025 Q&A session, \u201cHeard she\u2019ll be in Doomsday, despite the reception of the character.\u201d This would mark her return to the MCU after She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, which received mixed audience responses.<\/p>\n

According to reports, Marvel Studios plans to include Maslany\u2019s character in the ensemble film despite criticism of her series. Insider Jeff Sneider previously mentioned<\/a> her name in May on The Hot Mic podcast<\/a> when revealing a longer list of actors expected to appear in Avengers: Doomsday. That list included Charlize Theron, Halle Berry, and Brie Larson, as well.<\/p>\n

Earlier speculation also arose after Maslany cancelled her Comic Con Liverpool appearance due to scheduling conflicts. Some outlets suggested she could be filming Doomsday at the time.<\/p>\n

Variety<\/a> reported that She-Hulk: Attorney at Law cost around $25 million per episode, a figure exceeding the budget of the Game of Thrones finale, and received significant backlash over CGI and tone. The series has a 5.2\/10 IMDb<\/a> score and a 79% critic and a 32% audience score on Rotten Tomatoes<\/a>. Despite this, Maslany continues to be praised as an actress, having won a Primetime Emmy Award in 2016 for her role in Orphan Black.<\/p>\n

Maslany has publicly addressed the criticism of her MCU role.
