Last month, Monte Booker<\/a> released his first solo single, \u201cBalance<\/a>.\u201d Now, the Los Angeles-via-Chicago producer has announced his debut album. Noise \/ Meaning<\/a> arrives October 24 via EQT<\/a>. Booker has also shared the single \u201cDefense<\/a>,\u201d featuring the LA-based singer-songwriter Nami. \u201cI want this album to be a reflection on what noise means to me, and I want it to be a celebration of my community,\u201d Booker said in a press statement. He recently produced several songs on Doechii<\/a>\u2019s Alligator Bites Never Heal<\/a>, which won Best Rap Album<\/a> at the 2025 Grammy Awards<\/a>. Booker has also worked with Ravyn Lenae<\/a>, Smino<\/a>, Saba<\/a>, and Noname<\/a>.<\/p>\n
