Three days after Limerick City and County Council announced temporary road closures on O’Connell Street, City West councillor Maria Donoghue announced via Facebook that they are no longer going ahead.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Limerick City and County Council said the closures were to facilitate a Georgian Christmas Market.<\/p>\n

The news, confirming the closures are not going ahead, was verified at a private briefing of councillors this morning.\u00a0<\/p>\n
