The brand is looking to reach 50 locations in the next 12 months<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As Club Studio opens its 15th location, its executives are already thinking about the next 35. <\/p>\n<p>Parent company Fitness International LLC (owners of LA Fitness) is bringing the <a href=\"https:\/\/athletechnews.com\/la-fitness-operator-unveils-club-studio\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">club of boutique studios concept<\/a> to downtown Miami as it kicks off an ambitious expansion plan over the next year.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom 15 locations today, we\u2019ll have 50 open nationwide within the next 12 months,\u201d said Fitness International chief real estate officer Nick Roberts. <\/p>\n<p>To support its ambitious expansion goal, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clubstudiofitness.com\/Pages\/Default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Club Studio<\/a> has plans to add locations in major cities including New York City, Los Angeles and Houston, as well as states like Maryland, Illinois and Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n<p>Fitness International is investing in Club Studio\u2019s unique concept of five boutique studio rooms under one roof, with six different class offerings:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>CS4<\/strong>: A HIIT-style training that combines cardio and strength training with rowing machines, treadmills, ski-ergs and functional strength training equipment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ride<\/strong>: Full-body, 45-minute cycling incorporating a weight sequence under dim lighting.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Box<\/strong>: A full-body class blending nine rounds of boxing combinations and functional movements.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reform<\/strong>: A 45-minute Pilates reformer class.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Yoga<\/strong>: Traditional yoga asanas, yin poses and burpees in a heated studio.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rebound<\/strong>: A 45-minute low-impact cardio workout on trampolines while lifting and toning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"850\" height=\"476\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/LA-Fitness-Club-Studio-story.webp.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-93128\"  \/>credit: Club Studio<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the six modalities, Club Studio is also home to a dedicated recovery area, with localized cryotherapy, access to massage beds, massage rollers, compression and percussion therapy featuring <a href=\"https:\/\/athletechnews.com\/hyperice-adds-heat-therapy-to-hypervolt-line\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Hyperice tools<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/athletechnews.com\/hyperice-normatec-elite-wireless-ultra-portable\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Normatec boots<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The new, 38,000 square-foot flagship facility will open at the Miami Worldcenter, a $6 billion mixed-purpose development home to residential, retail, hospitality, entertainment and public spaces spanning 27 acres across 10 city blocks.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>  See Also<\/p>\n<p>    <a href=\"https:\/\/athletechnews.com\/fitness-equipment-market-to-expand-by-over-8-billion-by-2030\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"180\" height=\"180\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/fitness-equipment-180x180.webp.webp\" class=\"attachment-theissue-thumbnail-x2 size-theissue-thumbnail-x2 wp-post-image\" alt=\"Inside of a gym, equipment\"  \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u201cClub Studio brings an entirely new level of health and wellness offerings to the urban core \u2014 a one-of-a-kind destination that blends boutique fitness, recovery, and lifestyle amenities under one roof,\u201d said Nitin Motwani, the managing partner of Miami Worldcenter Associates.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018<strong>Club of Studios\u2019 Concepts Gain Ground<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Club Studio joins a trend of expansion among several other brands adopting multiple boutique studios within one club or gym. <\/p>\n<p>Style Studios, which offers four boutique-style group fitness classes under one roof \u2014 strength and conditioning, yoga, Pilates and cycling \u2014 recently <a href=\"https:\/\/athletechnews.com\/styles-studios-fitness-national-franchising\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">launched a national franchising arm<\/a>, signaling its plans for U.S. expansion. The brand calls its concept a \u201cclub of studios.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this year, Action Black, which features multiple modalities under one roof in a nightclub-inspired atmosphere, <a href=\"https:\/\/athletechnews.com\/action-black-colombia-boutique-fitness-brand-us-expansion\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">revealed its plans for major U.S. growth as well<\/a>.
