Blake Lively<\/a> shared a slice-of-life post with her 42.5 million followers on Monday, showing off her preferred brand of pajamas amid her ongoing legal battle with Justin Baldoni<\/a>, in which another shock reveal was recently made via deposition.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The 38-year-old star, who is in ongoing litigation with Baldoni over production of their 2024 film It Ends with Us<\/a>, took to Instagram Stories modeling a pair of pajamas she said she was partial to.<\/p>\n

‘I am so obsessed with my new jammies that I swap out the bottoms with jeans<\/a> or slacks and pass off the top as a regular shirt,’ said Lively, who is wed to actor Ryan Reynolds<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Lively concluded her statement by writing ‘no one will ever know’ with a shush emoji, as she tagged the manufacturers of the products she likes.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In the selfie she posted, the Gossip Girl star was standing in a walk-in closet, in front of dozens of pairs of shoes, while wearing white pajamas with necklaces, with her blonde mane styled to one side.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Lively indicated that the London-based brand\u00a0DAMSON MADDER.<\/a>had manufactured the pajamas, with the specific item she was modeling called the ‘Antonella Pj Set – Polka Dot.’<\/a><\/p>\n

The item comes ‘complete with fabric storage bag and is Made from 100% organic cotton, offering maximum cosiness and style,’ the brand said in its description.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In the latest legal salvo linked to the hit 2024 romantic drama, Danny Greenberg a former WME agent who repped\u00a0 Baldoni, compared Lively’s conduct on the set of the film and in post-production to ‘extortion,’ according to a deposition Daily Mail obtained<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Greenberg assisted Baldoni, who directed the motion picture, in composing emails to Sony to flag behavior on Lively’s part described as ‘continued extortion and effort to gain control of the film’ in the deposition.<\/p>\n

Greenberg subsequently qualified his use of the word, saying it was in reference to the conduct and growing tension between the companies Wayfair and Sony, as opposed to actual criminal extortion.<\/p>\n

‘My use of the word extortion there was referencing just cumulative behavior that both the studio and [Wayfarer Studios] and Justin was having to manage,’\u00a0Greenberg said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Lively claimed Baldoni had sexually harassed her while making It Ends with Us, which was a surprise hit when it arrived in theaters in August of 2024<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The motion picture, based off the 2016 novel by Colleen Hoover, earned $148 million in domestic box office, and $350 million globally – but whatever goodwill the film garnered has since been overshadowed by the allegations made by its stars.<\/p>\n

In December of 2024, Lively named Baldoni in a lawsuit accusing him of sexual harassment, retaliatory conduct, and intentional infliction of emotional stress.<\/p>\n

In her lawsuit, the Gossip Girl alum accused Baldoni of sexually harassing her in multiple ways –\u00a0including body shaming her<\/a>\u00a0– and orchestrating a smear campaign against her to damage her reputation.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

In her lawsuit, Lively named a number of Baldoni’s collaborators, including his company Wayfarer Studios, the studio’s CEO and financial backer, and PR personnel Melissa Nathan and Jennifer Abel.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Baldoni had initially asked for $250 million in damages from the paper, then added it into the $400 million lawsuit he filed this past January.<\/p>\n

In the suit, Baldoni named Lively, her spouse Ryan Reynolds and her publicist Leslie Sloane, citing the aforementioned report in legal documents. It was thrown out of court this past June.\u00a0<\/p>\n
