Naomi Watts<\/a> has been honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.<\/p>\n

The Australian actress looked breathtaking on Monday as she was immortalised on the iconic pavement for her contributions to film.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The King Kong star wore a peach-coloured dress and daring red lip for the occasion, while flaunting her signature blonde locks in a classic bob.<\/p>\n

When asked by Today how her Australian upbringing had impacted her career, she revealed that her unwavering\u00a0work ethic was something she’d brought with her from home.\u00a0<\/p>\n

‘Australians know how to work hard and keep their hearts on their sleeves at the same time,’ she gushed at the event.\u00a0<\/p>\n

A number of A-list actors joined the 57-year-old as she celebrated the milestone moment, including\u00a0Sarah Paulson<\/a>, Niecy Nash-Betts and Edward Norton<\/a>, as well as American Horror Story director Ryan Murphy<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Jack Black<\/a> appeared to playfully hijack Naomi’s special moment by laying out across her star wearing a pair of jeans<\/a> and a\u00a0Pounamu necklace from New Zealand<\/a>, as the Aussie actress broke down in giggles beside him.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Fellow Aussie\u00a0Nicole Kidman<\/a>\u00a0wrote a letter which was read out at the ceremony, calling Naomi ‘one of her most cherished friends’.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Also in attendance was her husband and actor\u00a0Billy Crudup<\/a>\u00a0and her son Sasha Schreiber, who towered over his mum as she beamed with excitement.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The 18-year-old recently started his studies at the University of South California in Los Angeles, a moment that saw Naomi get emotional as she sent her firstborn out into the world.\u00a0<\/p>\n

However, Naomi’s daughter Kai Schreiber was glaringly absent from her mum’s big day.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The 16-year-old instead posted a subtle nod to her mum on Instagram, sharing a picture of her and her newly-minted star with the caption: ‘I know that’s right’.\u00a0<\/p>\n

At the beginning of October, the rising star model walked in Paris Fashion Week, where her mum was seen beaming with pride and cheering her on at\u00a0the Mugler Womenswear Spring\/Summer 2026 show.<\/p>\n

Kai was more recently seen in New York walking hand-in-hand with what seemed to be a love interest.\u00a0<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, the teenager couldn’t hold back her smile while stepping out with the unidentified companion, who looked equally smitten.<\/p>\n

Despite the seemingly affectionate display, it is unknown if the pair’s relationship is romantic or platonic.<\/p>\n

In June, Kai opened up about her struggles with gender identity from a young age and her coming out journey.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

While speaking to Interview Magazine, the rising star explained she ‘always wanted to grow up and be a beautiful, glamorous, influential woman, like Marilyn Monroe’.<\/p>\n

Additionally, she praised stars, like Alex Consani, Hunter Schafer, Hari Nef, Dara, Richie Shazam and Colin Jones, for being inspirational to her ‘as a young trans girl’ navigating life through turbulent times for the community.<\/p>\n
