{"id":122804,"date":"2025-10-15T03:46:08","date_gmt":"2025-10-15T03:46:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/122804\/"},"modified":"2025-10-15T03:46:08","modified_gmt":"2025-10-15T03:46:08","slug":"large-laundry-company-to-undergo-layoffs-at-connecticut-location-nbc-connecticut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/122804\/","title":{"rendered":"Large laundry company to undergo layoffs at Connecticut location \u2013 NBC Connecticut"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.imagefirst.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">ImageFIRST<\/a>\u2019s Farmington location is set to lay off dozens of employees, according to a WARN Notice.<\/p>\n<p>The company said 69 employees will be laid off from their positions at ImageFIRST on New Britain Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>The layoffs are coming because of a reduction in business volumes and are expected to begin on Dec. 8.<\/p>\n<p>Employees with job titles ranging from custodian to supervisor will be permanently laid off during this time.<\/p>\n<p>The associates will continue to receive the same level of pay and benefits until their layoff date, unless they choose to resign, retire or are discharged.<\/p>\n<p>The affected employees are not represented by a union.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"ImageFIRST\u2019s Farmington location is set to lay off dozens of employees, according to a WARN Notice.
