That mindset\u2014thinking collectively and responsibly\u2014is what space governance needs now.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>For Asia, the stakes are especially nuanced. As Jha notes, most of the region\u2019s connectivity still relies on terrestrial networks rather than satellites, meaning debris has yet to endanger daily life.
