This created a constant veil of spray that hid the birds from view and coated his camera lens with fine water droplets.<\/p>\n<p>Eventually, enough gaps appeared in the mist to enable him to photograph this scene.<\/p>\n<p>The northern fulmars at Sk\u00f3gafoss fly across the 60-metre-high (197-foot) waterfall to nest in the nearby cliffs.<\/p>\n<p>Fulmars are widespread across northern latitudes.
