To protect against such climate-induced losses, many owners are turning to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2024-04-30\/novel-insurance-amid-worsening-climate-change-helps-insulate-farmers-and-others\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"media-ui-Link_link-tVkXhPLPofs-\" data-component=\"link\">parametric insurance<\/a>, a product providing rapid compensation when certain weather-related metrics are met.
