The first part introduces the fundamentals of bartending, such as tools, techniques, ice, and glassware, while the second part reveals 60 original recipes created by Hordejuk.<\/p>\n<p>The recipes are split between five chapters that each represent a particular flavour profile, with 12 recipes for each. The flavours take readers from \u2018clean and aromatic\u2019, to \u2018bold and earthy\u2019, to \u2018fresh and fruity\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Each recipe also outlines the skill level needed to make the serve, as well as the flavour profile, core alcohol, glassware, ice, technique and garnish. There are also additional sub-recipes for homemade cordials, syrups and garnishes, all on the same page for each reference.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Galaxy Bar\" width=\"350\" height=\"350\"  src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/Galaxy-Bar-350x350.jpg\" data- class=\"wp-image-897615 size-thumbnail lazyload\"\/>Galaxy Bar was recently recognised as a one-pin bar by The Pinnacle Guide<\/p>\n<p>All cocktails recipes and tools are supported with striking visuals from photographer Juliet Dunne.<\/p>\n<p>The book is for both seasoned professionals in need of new inspiration and \u2018adventurous enthusiasts\u2019 eager to elevate their cocktail skills.<\/p>\n<p>Sideris said: \u201cWe wanted this book to capture the moods and moments of Galaxy Bar \u2013 the atmosphere, the craft, and the creativity \u2013 and bring them to life through bold design, sleek photography, and our signature cocktail recipes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s an invitation to step into our world of cocktail art and take a piece of Galaxy home.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Presented in hardback format, Galaxy Bar Cocktails is priced at AED$320 (\u00a365\/US$87) and is available in Dubai at Galaxy Bar, Collective Africa, and all Le Clos stores across the UAE, including Dubai International Airport, Terminal 3 arrivals and Concourse B.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally the book can be purchased at Kw\u0101nt Mayfair in the UK, and will also be available at Athens Bar Show, when the team takes over A for Athens in November.<\/p>\n<p>Galaxy Bar is located in DIFC Dubai and was created by Sideris, inspired by her Greek heritage and the night sky over Athens.<\/p>\n<p><a
