The show has revealed a short promo for her upcoming appearance that paints her character sketch and what she will bring to the table. In the promo, Carpenter appears in high heels, with her hair curled up like Sarah Jessica Parker\u2019s<\/a> iconic character.<\/p>\n

The \u201cEspresso\u201d singer cosplayed as Sarah Jessica Parker\u2019s character from Sex and the City<\/a> for SNL\u2019s latest promo. <\/p>\n

The promo of the upcoming episode<\/a> starts with Sabrina Carpenter narrating, \u201cNew York is one big apple, and I\u2019m taking my bite at Saturday Night Live.\u201d She wears a one-shoulder dress that has layered ruffles and crochet-like fabric. It is an off white outfit, and attached to the shoulder is a red fabric rose. <\/p>\n

However, the hairstyle is what stands out the most and connects the Grammy winner to Carrie Bradshaw. She sports voluminous blonde curls and keeps her makeup soft, while the pink of her lipstick matches the shade of the rose on her dress.<\/p>\n

As Carpenter walks into the elevator of the SNL building, a crew member meets and asks her what she\u2019s up to. Missing the point completely, she replies that she is 5\u20194 in her heels. Meanwhile, another person walks up to Carpenter and asks if she is excited for the weekend.<\/p>\n

The \u201cManchild\u201d crooner again misses the question and replies that she prefers a \u201cstrong end.\u201d Then, she meets Marcello Hernandez<\/a> standing in the hallway and calls him Mr. Big. As he is trying to correct her, she neglects him and walks past, handing over her martini glass to him.<\/p>\n

Soon, a writer comes in Sabrina Carpenter\u2019s way, asking her a question about the script. Instead, she just signs on the paper and assumes that he is her fan. Moreover, she sits down at a desk and starts typing on a keyboard. The 26-year-old narrates, \u201cThe woman wondered what she\u2019d gotten herself into. Having won over the cast and crew, the only thing to do was\u2026\u201d <\/p>\n

The SNL crew then assembles behind Carpenter and realizes that the computer isn\u2019t\u00a0even\u00a0on, acting as a hilarious end to the promo.<\/p>\n
