Tribute act K-Pop Forever will play two shows at the 3Arena in Dublin, along with a number of other dates in Cork, Galway, Mayo, Kerry and Belfast.<\/p>\n
Promising to immerse audiences in \u201cthe worldwide phenomenon\u201d of the beloved Korean music genre, K-Pop Forever pays tribute to some of its most popular acts.<\/p>\n
Performed on-stage by four live vocalists and four \u201cworld-class\u201d dancers, K-Pop Forever uses hits from groups including BTS, Blackpink and Twice, who are among some of the best-known K-pop groups.<\/p>\n
A date at Dublin\u2019s 3Arena was announced earlier this week, with a second added \u201cdue to phenomenal demand\u201d, according to organisers.<\/p>\n
Tickets for the first date in Dublin are already marked with \u2018low availability\u2019 on the Ticketmaster website. The tickets for the Dublin dates went on sale at 10am on Thursday morning.<\/p>\n
There is also limited availability for the first of two dates in Galway, while the other Galway date has also reached low availability. The first of two shows in Co Kerry is also at the \u2018low availability\u2019 stage.<\/p>\n
The performances will also deliver songs inspired by the hugely popular Netflix film KPop Demon Hunters, including big hits like Golden and Soda Pop.<\/p>\n
Demand for tickets for the 3Arena follow a series of sellouts for the Cork Opera House, where tickets for a run of seven dates were snapped up in hours.<\/p>\n
K-Pop Forever\u2019s tour of Ireland will kick off at the SSE Arena in Belfast on February 23, before heading down to the first date at the Cork Opera House on February 24.<\/p>\n
This will be followed by an appearance at Leisureland in Galway, then back-to-back dates on March 10 and 11 at the 3Arena.<\/p>\n
Six of the seven dates in Cork will take place between May 4 and May 14.<\/p>\n
The popular tribute act will return to Galway on May 9, play the TF Royal in Castlebar, Co Mayo on May 10 and May 11, and make the trip south down to Kerry for two dates at the Gleneagle Arena in Killarney on June 5 and 6.<\/p>\n
K-Pop Forever\u2019s final gig in Ireland will also be held in Cork, at the Marquee on June 11.<\/p>\n
