The Food Safety Authority of Ireland has recalled several products in Ireland this week due to undeclared allergens.<\/p>\n
The products, sold in supermarkets across the country, can lead to serious health consequences for some – including death. The products can be found in M&S, Asian supermarkets and Dunnes Stores.<\/p>\n
The FSAI has asked retailers to remove the implicated batches from sale and display recall notices at the point of sale. Here’s the full list of allergen alerts from the FSAI this week:<\/p>\n
Fit Foods Beef & Mash with Pepper Sauce![\"The](\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/1760781012_406_0_FitFoods-Beef.jpg\")

FSAI said: “The above batch of Fit Foods Beef & Mash with Pepper Sauce contains sesame, soya and celery which are not declared in the list of ingredients. This may make the batch unsafe for consumers who are allergic to or intolerant of sesame, soya and \/ or celery and therefore, these consumers should not eat the implicated batch. The affected batch is being recalled. “<\/p>\n
M&S Food Milk Chocolate Honeycomb![\"M&S](\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/0_Screenshot-2025-10-15-at-153940.png\")

FSAI said: “Peanuts may be present in the above batch of M&S Food Milk Chocolate Honeycomb however they are not declared in the list of ingredients. This may make the batch unsafe for consumers who are allergic to or intolerant of peanuts and therefore, these consumers should not eat the implicated batch. The affected batch is being recalled. “<\/p>\n
Goldfish Brand Hot & Spicy Curry Sauce Concentrate![\"Goldfish](\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/0_hot-and-spicy.png\")
Goldfish Brand Hot & Spicy Curry Sauce Concentrate<\/p>\n
FSAI said: “Almond and peanut were detected in the above batch of Goldfish Brand Hot & Spicy Curry Sauce Concentrate, however they are not declared in the list of ingredients. In addition, the label states that the product is “Made in a nut free factory.” This may make the batch unsafe for consumers who are allergic to or intolerant of almonds and\/or peanuts and therefore, these consumers should not eat the implicated batch. The affected batch is being recalled.”<\/p>\n

FSAI said: “The above batch of Dried Shiitake Small Mushrooms contains sulphur dioxide which is not declared in the list of ingredients. This may make the batch unsafe for consumers who are allergic to or intolerant of sulphur dioxide and therefore, these consumers should not eat the implicated batch.
