The League<\/p>\n<p>The singer has been a regular at SRGN Studios alongside commissioner and co-founder Ron Abaekobe. The League<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve seen Justin here numerous times, and every time he brings incredible energy,\u201d one guest, who has attended multiple events hosted at SRGN Studios, exclusively told Page Six.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe\u2019s always smiling, interacting with everyone and genuinely looks like he\u2019s in his element. It\u2019s clear he\u2019s just having fun and enjoying the vibe.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>While many fans know him as \u201cJustin Bieber, the pop star,\u201d the multifaceted artist has been sharing glimpses of his other passions, like sports and fashion, on social media in recent years.<\/p>\n<p>His latest involvement with THE LEAGUE is now allowing him to enjoy those hobbies all in one place \u2014 and at a venue where he can \u201cjust be Justin.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve seen Justin here numerous times, and every time he brings incredible energy,\u201d one VIP guest told Page Six. The League<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s clear he\u2019s just having fun and enjoying the vibe.\u201d The League<\/p>\n<p>Take one look at Bieber\u2019s Instagram, and you\u2019ll see that energy come through. His feed is flooded with pics and videos of himself sitting courtside, rocking a jersey or partying with pals at the invite-only parties. <\/p>\n<p>One sports figure you\u2019ve likely seen all over Bieber\u2019s social media accounts is commissioner and co-founder Ron Abaekobe, aka \u201cthe man behind THE LEAGUE,\u201d who has become one of Bieber\u2019s closest confidants.<\/p>\n<p>His goal in starting this platform was to create a safe place where \u201cCEOs, VIPs, athletes and people from all walks of life\u201d could come together under the same roof. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cI designed THE\u00a0LEAGUE\u00a0as a destination where a structural engineer with high taste would be playing on the same futsal team as Justin Bieber and Vic Mensa,\u201d Abaekobe explained. \u201cBecause the culmination of people from different walks of life is just as important as the wins on the scoreboard.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Abaekobe designed THE LEAGUE as a place where \u201cCEOs, VIPs, athletes and people from all walks of life\u201d could come together under the same roof. The League<\/p>\n<p>\u201c[It\u2019s] a destination where a structural engineer with high taste would be playing on the same futsal team as Justin Bieber and Vic Mensa,\u201d the SKYLRK team captain explained. The League<\/p>\n<p>Bieber has not only attended the various events hosted by Abaekobe \u2014 he also has his own basketball and futsal divisions within THE LEAGUE, both under Team SKYLRK. <\/p>\n<p>The name, of course, represents the fashion and apparel brand the \u201cYUKON\u201d singer <a href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/07\/10\/style\/justin-biebers-skylrk-fashion-brand-is-now-available-to-shop\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">launched in July 2025<\/a>, with hoodies, beanies, sunglasses and more.<\/p>\n<p>Sometimes Bieber cheers on his squad from the sidelines. Other times, he suits up and joins his players on the court, in a much more casual setting than the <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2024\/02\/03\/sports\/justin-bieber-soaks-in-nhl-all-star-game-win-in-gaudy-oversized-coat\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">All-Star Celebrity NBA and NHL games he\u2019s previously participated in<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, the Grammy winner helped Team SKYLRK defeat Team Ah &amp; Co., 6-1, during a futsal match. The entire crowd erupted into cheers throughout the game, especially after the singer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=JzZy1gROH9o\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">made a wild trick shot<\/a> that was caught on camera.<\/p>\n<p>Bieber has his own basketball and futsal divisions within THE LEAGUE, both under Team SKYLRK. Peruwilliams \/ BACKGRID<\/p>\n<p>He also scored an impressive 15 points during Team SKYLRK\u2019s most recent basketball game vs. Team LRG \u2014 all after a two-hour workout with NBA shooting coach Chris Matthews, aka \u201cLethal Shooter.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJustin Bieber understands it now!\u201d Matthews <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DP40XEWEnNB\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">raved on Instagram<\/a>, sharing a clip of the singer committed and in the zone during their practice. \u201cHe\u2019s a living legend who knows how to master a craft. @lilbieber keep doing your thing.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The party doesn\u2019t stop once the games are over, however. Stars like MGK, Amber Rose, Ty Dolla $ign, Kyle Massey and Grant Ellis have all gotten in on the action.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou never know who\u2019s going to walk through those doors,\u201d a hospitality team member explained. \u201cBut the thing is, the celebrities don\u2019t even want to be recognized as celebrities [here]. They walk amongst regular people in the crowd.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Abaekobe exclusively told Page Six that brands, celebrities, tastemakers and the community all coming together was \u201calways the vision\u201d for THE LEAGUE.<\/p>\n<p>After playing professional basketball in Spain and Colombia, he wanted to create a career where he could keep his passion for the sport alive, while also utilizing his business and fashion skill sets.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s what basketball\u2019s really all about, and that\u2019s what THE LEAGUE is all about,\u201d the athlete, who also serves as SKYLRK\u2019s team captain, shared. \u201cIt\u2019s about bringing all the worlds together outside of sports. That\u2019s what we\u2019ve been able to do, and we\u2019re going to keep building that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The invite-only events are typically jam-packed with celebrities, influencers, athletes and tastemakers.
