Recently, <strong><a aria-label=\"content\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.cinemaexpress.com\/search?q=Kantara%3A%20Chapter%201\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Kantara: Chapter 1<\/a> <\/strong>minted more than 650 crore from theatres worldwide. According to the latest data from the industry tracker Sacnilk, the film&#8217;s net collection in India alone has crossed 500 crore.<\/p>\n<p>The film&#8217;s massive success has primarily been attributed to the positive reception for it across languages. As per Sacnilk data, Dindigul is the district with the highest occupancy rate for <strong>Kantara: Chapter 1<\/strong>, followed by Tiruchirappalli, Chennai, Madurai, and Puducherry. That said, the rate of occupancy is proportionate to the number of shows in each location.
