\u201cI think every role you get, part of it is what you look like, right? It\u2019s a very big part of what you\u2019re imbuing as the character,\u201d he said when asked about playing a \u201chilarious supervillain\u201d in FX series \u201cThe Beauty\u201d at a New York Comic Con<\/a> panel last Saturday. <\/p>\n \u201cAnd so, there are roles that I\u2019ve gotten because of the way I look and there are roles that I haven\u2019t gotten because of the way I look,\u201d he continued, per People<\/a>. <\/p>\n \u201cSometimes it\u2019s frustrating,\u201d Kutcher, 47, said, noting that he\u2019s missed out on weighty \u201cdown on your luck\u201d roles because of his looks. <\/p>\n Ashton Kutcher recently admitted his model good looks had likely interfered with his acting career. \u00a920thCentFox\/Courtesy Everett Collection<\/p>\n \u201cThere are roles that I haven\u2019t gotten because of the way I look,\u201d he said during a New York Comic Con panel.
