The film appears to be meeting those expectations and is holding steady at the box office.<\/p>\n

According to trade website Sacnilk<\/a>, the film earned \u20b910.17 crore on its third day, bringing its total collection to \u20b930.22 crore. The film has seen steady growth at the box office, with the Diwali festivities giving it a notable boost. Audience turnout has been strong over the holiday period, adding to its momentum. On Sunday, Dude had an overall 52.75 per cent occupancy in Tamil.<\/p>\n

The Tamil film made a strong start with an opening of \u20b99.75 crore, including \u20b96.5 crore from Tamil and \u20b93.25 crore from Telugu screenings. On its second day, the film saw a 5.64% growth, collecting \u20b910.3 crore, with Tamil contributing \u20b97.4 crore and Telugu \u20b92.9 crore.<\/p>\n

Dude has already surpassed the opening of Pradeep Ranganathan\u2019s Love Today, which had collected \u20b92.45 crore, and also overtaken his previous film Dragon, which opened at \u20b96.5 crore.<\/p>\n

On the other hand, Mamitha\u2019s Premalu opened with \u20b990 lakh, with both films expected to see growth in collections depending on word of mouth. Dude earned \u20b93.89 crore from advance bookings.<\/p>\n

Dude has already outperformed Pradeep Ranganathan\u2019s Love Today, which had opened at \u20b92.45 crore, and also surpassed his earlier film Dragon, which started with \u20b96.5 crore. Meanwhile, Mamitha\u2019s Premalu had an opening of \u20b990 lakh. The film is expected to see further growth at the box office, depending on word of mouth.<\/p>\n
