{"id":138319,"date":"2025-10-22T13:09:08","date_gmt":"2025-10-22T13:09:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/138319\/"},"modified":"2025-10-22T13:09:08","modified_gmt":"2025-10-22T13:09:08","slug":"investor-pays-e10m-to-buy-34-apartments-in-south-dublin-development-the-irish-times","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/138319\/","title":{"rendered":"Investor pays \u20ac10m to buy 34 apartments in south Dublin development \u2013 The Irish Times"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall b-it-article-body__text--left\">Xestra Asset Management, the Dublin-based property investment firm headed by Antoine Xavier, has paid \u20ac10 million for a portfolio of 34 apartments at the Parkview development at Stepaside in south <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/ireland\/dublin\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/ireland\/dublin\/\">Dublin<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall b-it-article-body__text--left\">The 34 units are distributed throughout the scheme and consist of a mix of five one-bedroom, 20 two-bedroom apartments and nine three-bedroom apartments, along with 96 car-parking spaces. It is understood that 30 of the units are vacant at present. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">While a spokesman for Xestra declined to comment on the transaction, The Irish Times understands the company intends to refurbish the apartments before offering them for sale on an individual basis on the open market.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Developed originally by Fleming Construction in 2007, Parkview occupies an elevated site off the Enniskerry Road next to the Belarmine and Aiken\u2019s Village residential schemes. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Xestra\u2019s acquisition of the Parkview portfolio brings its overall investment in the Irish commercial property market to over \u20ac60 million since its establishment in 2014.
