Hungover? Yes, I was. But this felt like a hangover on steroids. Made all the more frustrating as I\u2019d only had two glasses of wine the night before.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom0 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">That was almost two years ago, the last time I had a drink. I\u2019m 49 but turn 50 in a few weeks. I\u2019ve been on HRT for three years now, and my relationship with alcohol had been deteriorating for a few years before that.
