A number of Spanish outlets are now reporting that Tottenham Hotspur have made an approach to sign Rodrygo, and it has been revealed that Real Madrid\u2019s stance on the winger is now softening.<\/strong><\/p>\n

After Arsenal hijacked Tottenham\u2019s move for Eberechi Eze<\/a>, Daniel Levy and the Spurs hierarchy are under pressure to make some big moves to save face and appease the supporters.<\/p>\n

It has now been alleged that the North London club are turning to a superstar they explored a move for earlier this summer.<\/p>\n

It was widely reported last month that Tottenham showed serious interest in signing Rodrygo<\/a>, and it turns out that Thomas Frank\u2019s men are now back in for the Brazilian.<\/p>\n

This report comes from Defensa Central<\/a>, who say that Spurs<\/a> have a free run at Rodrygo as Arsenal and Liverpool are currently focused on other targets, while Man City have made no progress in their talks over the 24-year-old.<\/p>\n

Thomas Frank\u2019s<\/a> men are said to be keen on signing the Real Madrid man on loan, and the La Liga giants are willing to sanction a temporary move as long as the Lilywhites can cover the player\u2019s entire salary.<\/p>\n

The outlet explains that while Madrid initially wanted \u20ac100m (\u00a386.4m) for the winger, they are now receptive to loan offers as no club is willing to meet their asking price.<\/p>\n

It is revealed that Spurs and Madrid are currently considering whether to include an option to buy in any loan deal for Rodrygo.<\/p>\n

Only Tottenham have approached Real Madrid over Rodrygo<\/p>\n

The print edition of Mundo Deportivo<\/a> (as relayed by Sport Witness<\/a>) reports something similar, claiming that Tottenham are the only club who have made a move for Rodrygo so far.<\/p>\n

The outlet claims that while Xabi Alonso\u2019s men would like to keep the winger at the Santiago Bernabeu, his future is far from certain.<\/p>\n

If Rodrygo asks to leave the Spanish capital, Madrid, are not expected to stand in his way this summer.<\/p>\n

Interestingly, the outlet adds that any move to Manchester City for the winger would depend on Tottenham Hotspur<\/a> target Savinho<\/a> leaving the Etihad Stadium.<\/p>\n
