{"id":140076,"date":"2025-10-23T08:07:09","date_gmt":"2025-10-23T08:07:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/140076\/"},"modified":"2025-10-23T08:07:09","modified_gmt":"2025-10-23T08:07:09","slug":"man-arrested-after-woman-and-baby-boy-injured-in-cork-crash","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/140076\/","title":{"rendered":"Man arrested after woman and baby boy injured in Cork crash"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A woman and a baby boy were injured in a road traffic collision in Co Cork on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>The incident involved a single car and two pedestrians \u2014 the woman and child \u2014 and occurred near Blarney at around 4.30pm.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Garda\u00ed attended the scene, and the woman, aged in her 30s, and the &#8220;male infant&#8221; were taken to Cork University Hospital with injuries believed to be non-life-threatening.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">The scene was preserved for technical examination, but the road has since reopened.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">A man in his 30s was arrested at the scene and taken to a garda station in Cork City.
