The video shows a miniaturized road roller driving over phones to push their camera bumps in, with the first phone compressed in the video being none other than the iPhone 17 Pro (Max).

The video was earlier aired in the RedMagic launch event/live stream where they announced the RedMagic 11 Pro, 11 Pro+ and other devices for the Chinese market. But now the phone maker has shared the clip across its international social media pages, including Facebook, TikTok, and X.

RedMagic is no stranger to such an act, as it had mocked Apple multiple times in the past for issues like poor battery life and heat management. RedMagic has done away with camera bumps in its flagships since the RedMagic 9 series, but iPhone seems to be getting more in on it with the launch of the iPhone Air, which has its camera module sticking out of the camera bump.

Beyond camera bumps, RedMagic tends to favor seamless designs with under-screen selfie cameras and fingerprint sensors. As for performance, they rank among the best. The latest smartphones for the Chinese phone maker will officially launch internationally on November 3.

Buy the RedMagic 10 Air for $699 on Amazon.

Chibuike Okpara – Tech Writer – 252 articles published on Notebookcheck since 2024

I have always been fascinated by technology and digital devices my entire life and even got addicted to it. I have always marveled at the intricacy of even the simplest digital devices and systems around us. I have been writing and publishing articles online for about 6 years now, just about a year ago, I found myself lost in the marvel of smartphones and laptops we have in our hands every day. I developed a passion for learning about new devices and technologies that come with them and at some point, I asked myself, “Why not get into writing tech articles?” It is useless to say I followed up the idea — it is evident. I am an open-minded individual who derives an infinite amount of joy from researching and discovering new information, I believe there is so much to learn and such a short life to live, so I put my time to good use — learning new things. I am a ‘bookworm’ of the internet and digital devices. When I am not writing, you will find me on my devices still, I do explore and admire the beauty of nature and creatures. I am a fast learner and quickly adapt to changes, always looking forward to new adventures.

An impression of a road roller running over an iPhone (Image source: RedMagic; screenshot) Ahead of the international…

[257
311,1820,83830,18,1821,19,17,1815,279,1819,1814,1822,70392,1818,1142,1143,82,1817,1816
0":"post-141590","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-mobile","8":"tag-apple","9":"tag-benchmarks","10":"tag-camera-bump","11":"tag-eire","12":"tag-graphics-card","13":"tag-ie","14":"tag-ireland","15":"tag-laptop","16":"tag-mobile","17":"tag-netbook","18":"tag-notebook","19":"tag-processor","20":"tag-redmagic","21":"tag-reports","22":"tag-review","23":"tag-reviews","24":"tag-technology","25":"tag-test","26":"tag-tests
["GET
