Fortivum Consulting specialise in client-side services for data centres across Europe and was founded in 2023 by CEO Robert Tobin and chairperson Kilian McGreal, who both hail from Blessington in west Wicklow.<\/p>\n
They are a multi-discipline consultancy, specialising in delivering complex, hyperscale data centre projects worldwide. With expertise in design, project management, cost management, and procurement, Fortivum partners with global clients to deliver technically demanding infrastructure at scale.<\/p>\n
Over the past 18 months, Fortivum has grown from a small team to a 50-strong workforce delivering complex hyperscale data centre projects in seven countries to date. The new Tallaght office will complement its base office in Blessington, and serve as a key hub for international operations.<\/p>\n
The official opening was attended by Fortivum employees, clients, partners, and special guests, including the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, Peter Burke. Over the next 18 months, Fortivum plans to create an additional 50 highly skilled jobs, reinforcing Ireland as the company\u2019s foundation while supporting its work across Europe, Africa, and beyond.<\/p>\n

Enterprise Ireland will play an important role in supporting Fortivum\u2019s international growth strategy. The company plans to expand further across Europe and to establish offices in the UK and the USA in 2026.<\/p>\n
In addition to its global ambitions, Fortivum is committed to making a local impact. The company is working closely with Technological University Dublin \u2013 Tallaght Campus to create pathways for graduates to join its team. This initiative aims to develop the next generation of engineers, project managers, and technical specialists from right here in Dublin.<\/p>\n
