The new plan offers download speeds of up to 25Mbps, but it costs as much as $60 per month without any discounts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1ymtmqpi _17nnmdy1 _17nnmdy0 _1xwtict1\">Verizon says its Lite plan is best for \u201clight\u201d internet usage in homes limited to \u201colder, less reliable options like DSL or satellite.\u201d Customers who already use Verizon for their postpaid mobile phone service will benefit the most from the heavy discounts. You\u2019ll save $15 \/ month when the service is combined with a mobile plan.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1ymtmqpi _17nnmdy1 _17nnmdy0 _1xwtict1\">It\u2019s also offering a $10 monthly discount for paperless billing and autopay, along with an <a href=\"https:\/\/go.skimresources.com\/?id=1025X1701640&amp;xs=1&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.verizon.com%2Fabout%2Fnews%2Flegal%2Fvih-disclaimers\" rel=\"sponsored nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">additional $10 discount available<\/a> for three years if mobile phone customers sign up before December 31st. All these discounts bring the price down to $25 per month.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1ymtmqpi _17nnmdy1 _17nnmdy0 _1xwtict1\">Though Verizon\u2019s Lite plan may be ultra-cheap if you\u2019re able to take advantage of the price cuts, it\u2019s quite slow when compared to other budget internet plans. <a href=\"https:\/\/tmobile.prf.hn\/click\/camref:1011l44qEJ\/%5Bp_id:1011l394533%5D\/destination:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.t-mobile.com%2Fhome-internet%2Fplans\" rel=\"sponsored nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">T-Mobile\u2019s cheapest home internet plan<\/a>, for example, costs up to $55 per month for download speeds up to 415Mbps.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1ymtmqpi _17nnmdy1 _17nnmdy0 _1xwtict1\">Verizon will throttle your service by up to 10Mbps after the first 150GB of data usage in one month, while <a href=\"https:\/\/tmobile.prf.hn\/click\/camref:1011l44qEJ\/%5Bp_id:1011l394533%5D\/destination:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.t-mobile.com%2Fresponsibility%2Fconsumer-info%2Fpolicies%2Finternet-service%2Fnetwork-management-practices%23%3A~%3Atext%3DAs%2520of%2520May%25208%252C%25202024%252C%2520T%252DMobile%2520Internet%2520customers%2520using%2520more%2520than%25201.2TB%2520of%2520data%2520in%2520a%2520billing%2520cycle%2520are%2520also%2520considered%2520Heavy%2520Data%2520Users.\" rel=\"sponsored nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">T-Mobile will start slowing down internet speeds<\/a> if customers use more than 1.2TB in one month.
