A player from Carlow has become the latest big Lotto winner after scooping \u20ac255,100 last night.<\/p>\n

The winner matched five numbers in the main draw on Saturday night.<\/p>\n

The winning Quick Pick ticket was bought on the day of the draw at Eason, Unit 4, Fairgreen Shopping Centre in Carlow.<\/p>\n

The winning numbers in the Saturday Lotto draw were 3, 21, 35, 36, 42, 43, with the bonus 1.<\/p>\n

The National Lottery is now urging players in Carlow to check their tickets as one of them could be the winner of more than \u20ac255,000.<\/p>\n

The winner is advised to sign the back of their ticket and keep it safe. They are also asked to contact the National Lottery Prize Claims team, and arrangements will be made for them to visit Lottery Headquarters to collect their prize.<\/p>\n

A spokesperson for the National Lottery, Darragh O\u2019Dwyer, has encouraged all players in Carlow \u201cto check their tickets very carefully and to contact our prize claims team as soon as possible.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cA Lotto player in Carlow is certain to be celebrating today after matching five numbers and the bonus in Saturday night\u2019s main Lotto draw to win an incredible \u20ac255,100,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

“While over 74,000 players won prizes across the Lotto and Lotto Plus draws in the weekend draw, the Carlow player earned themselves the title of biggest winner of the night,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n

There was no winner of Saturday night\u2019s Lotto jackpot worth nearly \u20ac2.4 million.
