People are feeling the pinch, as the consumer sentiment slips down to a three month low.<\/p>\n

Three out of four consumers are expecting living costs to increase in 2026, with one in four saying they expect a large rise.<\/p>\n

The Cost of Living Crisis is being blamed, as consumers are feeling negative about household finances in October.<\/p>\n

Economist Austin Hughes says there are two main drivers to the sentiment:<\/p>\n
