{"id":148594,"date":"2025-10-27T23:37:18","date_gmt":"2025-10-27T23:37:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/148594\/"},"modified":"2025-10-27T23:37:18","modified_gmt":"2025-10-27T23:37:18","slug":"bauer-media-reshapes-leadership-to-focus-on-audio-publishing-and-outdoor-radiotoday","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/148594\/","title":{"rendered":"Bauer Media reshapes leadership to focus on audio, publishing and outdoor \u2013 RadioToday"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a itemprop=\"url\" class=\"ysbvegnl-link\" href=\"https:\/\/todayl.ink\/aiirjune\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"ysbvegnl-image\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/RTUKPackageDeal1webp.webp.webp\" alt=\"Aiir June 2\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Bauer Media Group is evolving its management structure, with two closely linked leadership bodies \u2013 the Board and the Group Leadership Team.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/todayl.ink\/WiseBuddah\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/RadioToday-Small-Image-150x150-1.png\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\"\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The move is to strengthen the company\u2019s focus on core businesses and speed up decision-making.<\/p>\n<p>From 1 January 2026, the Board will comprise Yvonne Bauer as Chair, Vivian Mohr as Chief Operating Officer, and Michael Davie as Chief Financial Officer.<\/p>\n<p>The company says the new structure will ensure Publishing, Audio and Outdoor remain central to Bauer\u2019s long-term growth.<\/p>\n<p>Vivian Mohr, who was previously President of Audio, steps into the new COO role and will lead the newly formed Group Leadership Team.<\/p>\n<p>That team will bring together operational and financial leaders across Bauer\u2019s key business areas.
