An Post has launched a \u2018Just A Minute\u2019 (JAM) support card for customers with additional needs across its network of post offices.<\/p>\n
The JAM card is aimed at helping people with invisible disabilities or communication barriers to discreetly ask for \u2018Just A Minute\u2019 of patience and support in social or business situations.<\/p>\n
Whether they are picking up a parcel, paying a bill, or withdrawing money, customers must simply show their card, or the JAM App on their phone, to inform the teller they may need additional assistance.<\/p>\n
