This new value will determine how much property tax they will have to pay over the next five years.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">However, many people have reported difficulties accessing Revenue\u2019s dedicated portal in recent days.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">In a statement on Wednesday, Revenue said \u201ca number of issues\u201d were identified within the LPT portal in recent days, and \u201ca system fix to resolve these issues\u201d was deployed earlier that day.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Katie Clair, manager of Revenue\u2019s LPT operations, said there were \u201cno widespread issues\u201d with the portal, and insisted the problem had been dealt with.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph b-it-article-body__interstitial-link\">[\u00a0<a aria-label=\"Open related story\" class=\"c-link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/your-money\/2025\/10\/28\/local-property-tax-revaluations-am-i-going-to-pay-more-or-less\/\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Local Property Tax: Some bills will double, others will go down.
