{"id":15365,"date":"2025-08-22T04:01:08","date_gmt":"2025-08-22T04:01:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/15365\/"},"modified":"2025-08-22T04:01:08","modified_gmt":"2025-08-22T04:01:08","slug":"warm-weather-to-continue-into-weekend","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/15365\/","title":{"rendered":"Warm weather to continue into weekend"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \"> Warm weather is set to continue over the coming days, but the remnants of Hurricane Erin are forecast to bring \u201cunsettled weather\u201d to Ireland, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/met-eireann\/\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.irishtimes.com\/tags\/met-eireann\/\">Met \u00c9ireann<\/a> has said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Thursday is expected to be mainly dry with a mix of sunny spells and a few showers, with highest temperatures  between 17 and to 22 degrees.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Mist and foggy patches will develop in the west on Thursday night. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \"> These conditions are expected to clear on Friday morning to make way for another mainly dry day with spells of sunshine. Some isolated showers are possible towards Atlantic coasts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">It will be warmest further west, with some light northwesterly breezes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Going into the weekend, a mix of sun and scattered showers is forecast as the warm weather continues. Temperatures will reach 17 to 22 degrees.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Sunday is expected to be cloudier, with more showers and rain arriving in the southwest of the country.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">Met \u00c9ireann forecaster Aoife Kealy said Hurricane Erin was creating \u201csome uncertainty\u201d for conditions from next Tuesday. <\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">The hurricane, which is expected to pound the US east coast, is forecast to track slowly eastward across the North Atlantic afterwards, causing some \u201cwet and breezier weather\u201d in Ireland after what is predicted to be a largely dry and settled weekend here.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-paragraph paywall \">\u201cWe don\u2019t know exactly where it\u2019s going to track,\u201d Ms Kealy said.
