This year, the process isn\u2019t just complex or confusing \u2014 it\u2019s  painful. <\/p>\n<p class=\"ArticleBodyText_articleBodyContent__17wqE typography_articleBody__3UcBa\" data-component=\"paragraph\">The cost of health insurance for the roughly 165 million Americans under the age of 65 who receive their coverage through work is expected to increase by 6.5%, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mercer.com\/en-us\/insights\/us-health-news\/employers-prepare-for-the-highest-health-benefit-cost-increase-in-15-years\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" class=\"media-ui-Link_link-tVkXhPLPofs-\" data-component=\"link\">a recent employer survey<\/a> by Mercer.
