Sydney Sweeney<\/a><\/strong> proved she can handle a joke, even when it\u2019s about her. The \u201cEuphoria\u201d star attended comedian Matt Rife\u2019s sold-out show at The Laugh Factory in Los Angeles on Tuesday night with talent manager Scooter Braun and a few friends. The evening reportedly turned lively when one of Rife\u2019s opening acts made jokes about Sweeney\u2019s nudity on \u201cEuphoria\u201d \u2014 while she was right there in the audience. And she handled it like a class act.<\/p>\n

According to The Hollywood Reporter<\/a>, Comedian Erik Griffin, who performed early in the night, mentioned Sydney Sweeney by name as he joked about her topless scenes from the HBO series. During the set, Griffin joked, \u201cShe\u2019s at the pharmacy and her titties are out \u2014 it\u2019s wild.\u201d He said it was \u201cFor no reason.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rather than hiding or acting uncomfortable, Sweeney laughed so hard she doubled over, showing everyone that she took the joke in stride. Braun and the rest of her group joined in, too. Meanwhile, other audience members turned to catch her reaction.<\/p>\n

From all accounts, the jokes were of a good nature, and Sweeney\u2019s reaction helped set the tone for the rest of the night. The actor has been open about her comfort with on-screen nudity before, saying in interviews that \u201cthe female body is a very powerful thing\u201d and that she never feels ashamed about playing parts that require it.\u00a0 She has previously said, \u201cI\u2019m telling my character\u2019s story, so I owe it to them to tell it well and to do what needs to be done.\u201d<\/p>\n

Less than a day after the show, Sweeney appeared at Variety\u2019s \u201cPower of Women\u201d event in a sheer Christian Cowan gown, continuing to show confidence in her style. She told the magazine that she hopes to \u201cinspire other women to be confident and flaunt what they\u2019ve got.\u201d<\/p>\n

It seems the evening at The Laugh Factory only reaffirmed what fans already know about her \u2014 nothing can easily rattle Sydney Sweeney. Even when the joke\u2019s about her, she knows how to laugh, move on, and own her moment.<\/p>\n
