Around the same time, the U.S. publisher Nailya Alexander Gallery <a href=\"https:\/\/alexey-titarenko.squarespace.com\/publications\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">released<\/a> the second edition of\u00a0his book, which brings together his projects \u201cCity of\u00a0Shadows,\u201d \u201cThe Black and White Magic of\u00a0St. Petersburg,\u201d and \u201cFrozen Time.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"SimpleBlock-module_lead__NzEPT  SimpleBlock-module_center__D1CsV\">Taken between 1992 and 2000, these photos depict a\u00a0city steeped in\u00a0grayness, scarcity, and poverty.
