{"id":164053,"date":"2025-11-05T10:30:10","date_gmt":"2025-11-05T10:30:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/164053\/"},"modified":"2025-11-05T10:30:10","modified_gmt":"2025-11-05T10:30:10","slug":"corks-blackpool-shopping-centre-set-for-e1-5m-boost","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/164053\/","title":{"rendered":"Cork&#8217;s Blackpool Shopping Centre set for \u20ac1.5m boost"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"contextmenu internal_Body1st\">A \u20ac1.5m investment programme at Blackpool Shopping Centre in Cork has been announced by Lugus Capital, together with joint venture partner Patron Capital.<\/p>\n<p class=\"contextmenu Body Body\">Coinciding with the 25th anniversary of Blackpool Shopping Centre, the investment programme is aimed at modernising and enhancing the customer experience.<\/p>\n<p class=\"contextmenu Body Body\">The first phase of the programme, which began in September, includes a full re-tiling of the mall.
