Pierce Brosnan<\/b><\/a> appears to have reconnected with his estranged son Christopher<\/b> \u2014 whom he reportedly cut off for \u201caddiction\u201d issues \u2014 judging by new photos snapped on a family outing.<\/p>\n

In the images \u2014 taken last Wednesday and published by Page Six<\/a> on Monday, November 10 \u2014 Pierce, 72, and Christopher, 52, exit the restaurant Dorian in the Notting Hill neighborhood of London. In another photo, the duo is joined by Pierce\u2019s other son, Dylan Brosnan<\/b>, 28.<\/p>\n

Christopher is a director, with his IMDB page<\/a> citing his production and assistant director experience on films like Tomorrow Never Dies, Golden Eye, and The World Is Not Enough, in which his father plays James Bond.<\/p>\n

Pierce reportedly cut off his son over a drug addiction, he explained in a 2005 Playboy interview, according to Page Six.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cChristopher is still very lost. Shockingly so. I know where he is, but he\u2019s having a hard life,\u201d Pierce told Playboy. \u201cI can only have strong faith and believe he will recover. He has tested everybody in this family but none more so than himself. He knows how to get out. He doesn\u2019t want to.\u201d<\/p>\n

Pierce reportedly told the outlet that his heart was not fully closed to his son.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou never completely cut them off,\u201d explained Pierce, \u201cbut I have cut Christopher off. I had to say, \u2018Go. Get busy living, or get busy dying.\u2019 He has my prayers.\u201d<\/p>\n

Pierce and his wife Keely Shaye Smith<\/b><\/a>, 62, share sons Dylan and Paris<\/b>, 24; Pierce and his late wife Cassandra Harris<\/strong> shared three children: Christopher, Sean<\/b>, 42, and daughter Charlotte<\/b>, who died from ovarian cancer in 2013 at age 41.<\/p>\n

Pierce adopted Christopher and Charlotte after his then-wife Cassandra\u2019s ex-husband Dermot Harris<\/b> died in 1986.<\/p>\n
