Harry Enten said the latest surveys on consumer sentiment and Trump\u2019s economic policies are spelling trouble for the administration against a backdrop of the longest government shutdown in U.S. history. A University of Michigan poll found that consumer confidence in the current conditions dropped to 52.3 percent in November, the lowest since 1951.
