Pierce Brosnan<\/a> <\/strong>is putting his son\u2019s dark past behind him and moving forward.<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, one of the many actors who portrayed James Bond<\/a> reconciled with his son, Christopher. <\/strong>Their relationship had been non-existent for years in the mid-2000s because of Christopher\u2019s drug addiction.<\/p>\n

It appears as though all is forgiven between them nowadays. Christopher is one of three children Pierce had with the late actress Cassandra Harris. She died of ovarian cancer in 1991.<\/p>\n

They say time heals all wounds, and it seems as though the bad blood Pierce had towards Christopher is gone. According to the Daily Mail<\/a>, the father and son were out at the restaurant Dorian alongside Dylan, who is one of Pierce\u2019s kids with his current wife, Keely Shaye Smith.<\/p>\n

Pierce was spotted leaving the restaurant in Notting Hill in London, wearing an all-black outfit, accompanied by Christopher and Dylan.<\/p>\n

Pierce previously stated in an interview back in 2005 that he was cutting Christopher off because he needed help with his drug addiction. He did say at the time that his son was in his prayers. The actor had been very candid in recent years about being involved as a father, something he rarely got from his dad when he was growing up.<\/p>\n

He says he only met his dad on one occasion back in 1984, reportedly sharing a few pints of Guinness together before going their separate ways, never to see each other again. Pierce was an only child.<\/p>\n

Back in April he had plenty of praise<\/a> for George Clooney<\/a> who made his Broadway debut in Good Night and Good Luck. At 72, Pierce remains heavily involved in the acting scene, with two of his films set for release next year.<\/p>\n

Giant comes out in UK theatres in January, with Cliffhanger coming to American theatres in August.<\/p>\n
