{"id":177336,"date":"2025-11-12T22:03:09","date_gmt":"2025-11-12T22:03:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/177336\/"},"modified":"2025-11-12T22:03:09","modified_gmt":"2025-11-12T22:03:09","slug":"nigerian-star-symply-tacha-smashes-two-world-records-by-making-other-women-feel-beautiful","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/177336\/","title":{"rendered":"Nigerian star Symply Tacha smashes two world records by making other women feel beautiful"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.guinnessworldrecords.com\/news\/nigeria\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Nigerian<\/a> reality star and influencer Anita Natacha Akide aka \u201cSymply Tacha\u201d has added two world record titles to her long list of accolades.<\/p>\n<p>The 29-year-old, who you may recognize from shows like MTV\u2019s The Challenge and Big Brother Naija or from her <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/symply_tacha\/?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">massive online presence<\/a>, spent a day helping other women feel beautiful to break her records &#8211; all while battling a storm and power outages in the process.<\/p>\n<p>She performed the <strong>most cosmetic makeovers in 8 hours (individual)<\/strong> \u2013 82 \u2013 and then kept going for the rest of the day to complete the <strong>most cosmetic makeovers in 24 hours (individual)<\/strong> \u2013 a total of 144.<\/p>\n<p>After setting up her make up station in Lagos, Nigeria, on 11 October \u2013 with a glass wall so passersby could watch and cheer her on &#8211; Anita was swarmed by fans desperate to get a makeover from the star.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe idea of daring to be different drove me,\u201d Anita told us. \u201cMakeup has always been my safe space &#8211; it\u2019s how I express myself.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/most-makeovers-tacha-applying-makeup.jpg\" alt=\"Tacha applying makeup\" width=\"684\" height=\"450\"\/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cFrom childhood, I was fascinated by beauty and colours. I\u2019d play around with mascara, eyeliners, and lip glosses even when my mum, a devoted church worker, didn\u2019t approve. She\u2019d throw my products away, and I\u2019d save up to buy them again. That pattern taught me persistence to keep fighting for what I love.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis record was born from that same spirit, resilience and the courage to stand out.
