It will have the following qualities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n                                        Its attack, defense, and HP stats will be at least 13\/13\/13 when appraised (out of a maximum of 15\/15\/15).\n                        <\/li>\n<li>\n                                        They will already be level 40 \u2014 meaning that they\u2019re at the level where they need <a href=\"https:\/\/www.polygon.com\/pokemon-go-guide\/22446035\/xl-candy-walking-buddy-transfer-unlock-trade-level\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">XL candy<\/a> to be powered up.\n                        <\/li>\n<li>\n                                        Spawns are uncommon to rare \u2014 make sure you use an Incense to increase your chances of them appearing.\n                        <\/li>\n<li>\n                                        They\u2019re harder to catch \u2014 use your pinap berries and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.polygon.com\/pokemon-go-guide\/483165\/go-safari-balls-how-to-get\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Go Safari Balls<\/a>!\n                        <\/li>\n<li>\n                                        They have a higher chance to be XL or XXL.\n                        <\/li>\n<li>\n                                        Only certain Pok\u00e9mon can be mighty \u2014 see the list later on this page for each day\u2019s spawns.\n                        <\/li>\n<li>\n                                        On the map screen, they\u2019re shown with a pulsing aura around them.\n                        <\/li>\n<li>\n                                        They are shown with a \u201c!!!\u201d CP on the catch screen.\n                        <\/li>\n<li>\n                                        Some mighty Pok\u00e9mon will know a special move when caught.\n                        <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Despite the difficulty in finding and catching, mighty Pok\u00e9mon are made for combat right away, and are pretty powerful! You\u2019ll want to nab any you find during the Go Wild Area event \u2014 and you should use your Go Safari Balls to nab them. (For example, if you\u2019re sitting on a high-IV Ivysaur, now is the time to evolve into a Venusaur.)<\/p>\n<p>                        Which mighty Pok\u00e9mon should I prioritize?<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re trying to be more selective with your Safari Ball usage and don\u2019t know which of these Pok\u00e9mon fit into the meta, we&#8217;ve got your back.<\/p>\n<p>Tyranitar, Garchomp, and Gardevoir are seen as the most important picks, in terms of dishing out massive damage and being meta-relevant Pok\u00e9mon. Try to nab them and set them up with these moves for success:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n                                        <strong>Tyranitar <\/strong>with Smack Down and Stone Edge OR Bite and Brutal Swing\n                        <\/li>\n<li>\n                                        <strong>Garchomp<\/strong> with Mud Shot and Earth Power\n                        <\/li>\n<li>\n                                        <strong>Gardevoir <\/strong>with Charm and Dazzling Gleam OR Confusion and Psychic\n                        <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Otherwise, Houndoom and Absol (who also have Mega Evolutions) can be good gets, as well as Meowscarada. Set them up with these moves:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n                                        <strong>Houndoom <\/strong>with Snarl and Foul Play\n                        <\/li>\n<li>\n                                        <strong>Absol<\/strong> with Snarl and Brutal Swing\n                        <\/li>\n<li>\n                                        <strong>Meowscarada<\/strong> with Leafage and Frenzy Plant\n                        <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Hatterene <\/strong>is a fun option here, too, since it&#8217;s still a &#8220;newer&#8221; Pok\u00e9mon, and if you haven&#8217;t invested the candy to evolve your Hatenna yet, you can just nab a fully-grown Hatterene for the Pok\u00e9dex entry.
