Nov. 17 (UPI) — Disney<\/a>+ is previewing an expanded version of The Beatles Anthology before the docuseries arrives on the streamer Nov. 26.<\/p>\n

The Beatles Anthology, which first aired in 1995, initially contained eight episodes, but the restored version<\/a> will span nine, a press release states, and it will include previously unseen content.\n<\/p>\n

“The series spans the band’s gritty, hungry early days, to the phenomenon of Beatlemania and global superstardom,” the official synopsis reads. “John Lennon<\/a>, Paul McCartney<\/a>, George Harrison<\/a> and Ringo Starr<\/a> take us along for the ride as they revisit the highs and lows and twists and turns of The Beatles’ long and winding eight years as a band.”<\/p>\n

“You find someone you can play music with; it’s a very special thing,” a young McCartney says in the trailer released Monday<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Episodes 1-3 begin streaming Nov. 26 on Disney+, with Episodes 4-6 to follow Nov. 27 and Episodes 7-9 on Nov. 28.\n<\/p>\n
