As fans of The First Omen<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 a prequel far better than it had any right to be \u2014 here at Bloody Disgusting, we\u2019ve been anticipating whatever comes next from director Arkasha Stevenson<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Deadline<\/a> reports that she\u2019s reuniting with Tim Smith<\/strong>, with whom she co-wrote The First Omen, on an as-yet-untitled horror film from A24.<\/p>\n

Josh Hutcherson<\/strong> (Five Nights at Freddy\u2019s), Frank Dillane<\/strong> (\u201cFear the Walking Dead\u201d), Caleb Landry Jones<\/strong> (Get Out), and Whitmer Thomas<\/strong> (Weapons) are in talks to star.<\/p>\n

While the logline remains under wraps, the movie reportedly centers on a bachelor party that spirals into terror.<\/p>\n

Hereditary and Midsommar filmmaker Ari Aster<\/strong> will executive produce under his Square Peg banner. Smith, Lars Knudsen, Emily Hildner, Harrison Huffman, and Christina D\u2019Souza are producing.<\/p>\n

Hutcherson can next be seen in Five Nights at Freddy\u2019s 2<\/a>, in theaters December 5. Meanwhile, Landry Jones stars in Luc Besson\u2019s Dracula: A Love Tale<\/a>, due out in early 2026 from Vertical.<\/p>\n
