{"id":188096,"date":"2025-11-19T01:13:11","date_gmt":"2025-11-19T01:13:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/188096\/"},"modified":"2025-11-19T01:13:11","modified_gmt":"2025-11-19T01:13:11","slug":"google-pixel-device-health-support-dashboard-rolling-out","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/188096\/","title":{"rendered":"Google Pixel \u2018Device health &#038; support\u2019 dashboard rolling out"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\t<img width=\"1600\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/Android-16-QPR1-new-Settings-2.jpg\" class=\"skip-lazy wp-post-image\" alt=\"\"  decoding=\"async\" fetchpriority=\"high\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Following <a href=\"https:\/\/9to5google.com\/2025\/11\/13\/pixel-notification-summaries\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">AI Notification Summaries<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/9to5google.com\/2025\/11\/18\/pixel-vips-prioritized-notifications\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Pixel VIPs<\/a> and the <a href=\"https:\/\/9to5google.com\/2025\/11\/14\/pixel-journal-app-8-9-series\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Journal app<\/a>, Google is rolling out the \u201cDevice health &amp; support\u201d dashboard to older Pixel phones.<\/p>\n<p>This replaces (and incorporates) the \u201cTips &amp; support\u201d help page at the bottom of your Settings app. \u201cDevice health &amp; support\u201d is a \u201cone-stop shop for understanding your phone\u2019s health.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>What\u2019s available depends on your phone, but the full feature set includes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Need help with your Pixel<\/strong>: Offers a chatbot-like experience\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tAdvertisement &#8211; scroll for more content<\/p>\n<p><strong>Looks good\/Issue detected<\/strong>: Provides a high-level overview similar to Security &amp; privacy. The latter might appear with a yellow exclamation mark if you have a pending update. Otherwise, it\u2019s a green checkmark with \u201cYour Pixel is in great shape!\u201d<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Battery health<\/li>\n<li>Device temperature<\/li>\n<li>Storage<\/li>\n<li>Software update\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Charging diagnostics<\/li>\n<li>Touch diagnostics\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Warranty\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Tips &amp; support: The previous experience\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Contact support<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This was first introduced on the Pixel 10 series, and is now available for the Pixel 6-9 with the <a href=\"https:\/\/9to5google.com\/2025\/11\/11\/november-2025-pixel-feature-drop\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">November 2025 Feature Drop<\/a>. On a Pixel 7 Pro (which has not received this month\u2019s update), we\u2019re just seeing Device temperature, Storage, and Software updates.<\/p>\n<p>Just make sure Device Health Services and Settings Services are up-to-date on your Pixel.
