North West<\/a> and Kim Kardashian<\/a> are replying to continued critiques of her new piercing.<\/p>\n In September, fans of the Kardashian family discovered that Kardashian’s eldest child has a dermal piercing on her middle finger.<\/p>\n The piercing is also known as a microdermal piercing or single-point piercing. Dermal piercings lie flat against the skin and don’t have a separate entry and exit point, according to Byrdie<\/a>.
