But to unlock this potential Africa needs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.spglobal.com\/en\/research-insights\/special-reports\/look-forward\/unlocking-africa\/unlocking-africa-economic-potential-long-term-growth\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:more green financing, stronger capital markets, and better regional integration;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \">more green financing, stronger capital markets, and better regional integration<\/a>, the company said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"yf-1090901\">Productivity growth in Angola, Nigeria, South Africa, and Zambia has slowed over the last decade, S&amp;P noted, as infrastructure development and maintenance have not kept up with the needs of expanding populations.
