The launch of the Vivo X300 Ultra is likely still a few months away. In the meantime, the company is preparing to unleash the S50 series, including the flagship adjacent S50 Pro mini. With Xiaomi rumoured to be introducing the Xiaomi 17 Ultra next month<\/a>, rumours have already started about Vivo’s X200 Ultra<\/a> successor.<\/p>\n

According to\u00a0Digital Chat Station<\/a>, Vivo has a few aces in reserve that it plans to deploy within the X300 Ultra. Writing on Weibo, the leaker reiterates that the X300 Ultra remains on track to leverage a custom primary camera that combines a 200 MP native output with a 35 mm lens. Currently, this camera is expected to rely upon the Sony LYT-910, a 1\/1.12-inch sensor that is much larger than the 1\/1.3-inch equivalent that the Galaxy S26 Ultra<\/a> is rumoured to carry over from the existing Galaxy S25 Ultra<\/a> (curr. $949 on Amazon)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Moreover, Digital Chat Station still believes that the Vivo X300 Ultra will be the only flagship that combines dual 200 MP cameras, with the other likely being a Samsung ISOCELL HPB telephoto lens. Not only that, but the leaker reports that the X300 Ultra will boast an ‘unmatched’ 50 MP ultra-wide-angle camera thanks to its 1\/1.28-inch sensor size.<\/p>\n

Digital Chat Station hints that Vivo is currently finalising a ‘technologically advanced image enhancement hardware module’ too, albeit without elaborating further yet. Currently, Vivo is anticipated to present the X300 Ultra early next year in China before offering the same device globally in some capacity, too.<\/p>\n
