{"id":192078,"date":"2025-11-21T06:14:11","date_gmt":"2025-11-21T06:14:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/192078\/"},"modified":"2025-11-21T06:14:11","modified_gmt":"2025-11-21T06:14:11","slug":"breaking-laois-summer-music-festival-reveals-lineup-and-site-change-for-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/ie\/192078\/","title":{"rendered":"Breaking: Laois summer music festival reveals lineup and site change for 2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Organisers of a popular Laois music <a href=\"https:\/\/www.leinsterexpress.ie\/section\/386\/events-listings\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">festival<\/a> have released their first lineup announcement for 2026, and Laois locals are excited.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leinsterexpress.ie\/news\/local-news\/1858214\/in-pictures-forest-fest-fun-in-laois.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Emo&#8217;s Forest Fest Music and Arts festival<\/a> will take place from July 24 to 26 next year, promising a weekend of great music.<\/p>\n<p>The 2026 line-up brings together an exceptional mix of iconic and era-defining artists, including post-punk pioneers Echo and the Bunnymen, beloved Scottish pop-rock outfit Deacon Blue, and indie stalwarts The Charlatans.<\/p>\n<p>Forest Fest will also be graced by acts from beloved alt-rockers The Lemonheads, anthemic rock outfit Feeder, high-energy trailblazers The Wonderstuff, genre-bending groovers Black Grape, era-defining indie band The Fratellis, cult alt-rock heroes Ned\u2019s Atomic Dustbin and the acclaimed singer-songwriter Lloyd Cole.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This sets the tone for what promises to be the standout festival bill of next summer,&#8221; organisers said.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;From wonderfully moody classics to full-on sing-a-long anthems, Forest Fest 2026 is set to be an absolute feast of music for all to enjoy!&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Organisers have also announced that the festival has moved to a different site- but don&#8217;t worry, it will still be within the confines of Emo village.
