The TV presenter and podcast host was a late arrival to the jungle alongside English actor and singer Tom Read Wilson, joining the rest of the contestants four days into the show.<\/p>\n
Williams and Wilson have been installed as the \u2018chiefs\u2019 of the camp, staying in a treehouse overlooking their fellow campers and being exempt from chores.<\/p>\n
While speaking to British-American comedian Ruby Wax during her first full day in camp, Williams admitted she was feeling \u201cso ugly in here, everyone is so good looking, it\u2019s so annoying\u201d.<\/p>\n
Wax offered some words of encouragement, telling her: \u201cYou\u2019re the prettiest person I\u2019ve ever seen in my life.\u201d<\/p>\n
Williams then told Wax she had permanent liner tattooed on her lips, and when asked if she had \u201canything else done\u201d, Williams said: \u201cLoads of botox.\u201d<\/p>\n
Later in the programme, Wax said: \u201cI\u2019ve had things removed and things lifted, and I said to Jennifer Saunders once, \u2018Do you know what\u2019s great? Is that you can\u2019t notice it\u2019, and she said \u2018are you kidding? Of course you can.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
Ex-footballer Alex Scott and media personality Jack Osbourne received the most votes to take on the show\u2019s latest challenge, giving hosts Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly the chance to ask their thoughts on the late arrival of Williams and Wilson.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey\u2019ve brought a new energy to the group\u2026I would say that much,\u201d Scott said, while Osbourne added \u201cIt felt crowded this morning.\u201d<\/p>\n
During Thursday night\u2019s episode when the pair first arrived, Osbourne shared some scepticism over the move: \u201cI feel resistance to Vogue and Tom, I\u2019m just kind of like \u2018Hey, you don\u2019t get to walk in halfway through the movie and decide to turn it off or change it.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
Wax was also unsure of the change, saying: \u201cI think the dynamic is going to change now with the two chiefs here. I really do feel like it\u2019s kind of Lord of The Flies. There\u2019s two sides and we may annihilate each other or we may fall in love.\u201d<\/p>\n
The two camp chiefs were also asked to choose an additional two campers to take on the trial, opting for actors Martin Kemp and Shona McGarty.<\/p>\n
Tonight\u2019s trial saw the four celebrities working together to release stars from toilet roll holders. They were forced to retrieve tools from inside a toilet to be able to unscrew the stars from the holders.<\/p>\n
The group managed to win all twelve of the stars on offer, guaranteeing a good meal for the camp that night.<\/p>\n
Another task for Williams and Wilson involves handing out badges to some of their fellow campers at the end of each day. This time around, two \u2018expedition\u2019 badges went to Wax and Aitch, while a community badge was given to Kemp.<\/p>\n
