The outfit featured a fitted white Dilara Findikoglu dress<\/a> with a U-shaped neckline and a slight flare at the hem, with strings of safety pins dangling from both the bust and hemline. Kim wore her hair in a wet and wavy style and accessorized with a silver pair of Dilara Findikoglu x Manolo Blahnik heels \u2014 also adorned with pins.<\/p>\n At first glance, I thought they were fringe (sorry, I’m a 32-year-old with terrible vision), but as you can see in the light, they’re just hundreds of safety pins banded together.<\/p>\n As Kim would say, “I’m obsessed!”<\/p>\n
